Black Mountain, NC (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: These sunflowers were on here a few weeks ago by another person but they were in bloom. I passed them this week-end and had to stop an reshoot them.I think they look good with out blooms. Just a different view and opinion.

yes it would. Gary is really a goood photographer. I was going to a fotofest on Sat morning planning on stopping to photograph the sunflowers. When I passed them on Friday afternoon the thought hit me to take this photograph. It is different.

You must mean this one by your friend Gary (railheel), Terry! Nice follow-up! If this was a DOT planting, if the people there do as they do here, they will mow the flowers down now that they're past their prime. But this makes a nice photo and would make a great jigsaw puzzle, wouldn't it?

About terrya

terrya

Hey guys my name is Terry and I live in the beautiful foothills of western North Carolina. I started doing photography about 30 years ago. I went to our local community college to learn how to use a camera I had bought. Ever since then I have been doing photography. I like landscapes, flowers and old barnes and churches. Since I have retired I can go and photograph just about anytime I want to. I think I live in the greatest place on earth. We are not far from The Blueridge Parkway or the beach about five hours away. Keep posting those pictures and I will keep looking. I enjoy this site. Lots of fun. Keep shooting
