Brownfield, ME (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: on the pond this morning..I am having a ball with this early, almost Winter ice..the paper thin, gone in an hour after sunrise, kind of ice is the most geometrically patterned one..especially when the sky is blue with scattered clouds..that adds a whole other dimension to the surface..it was a bonus to find almost perfect Beech leaves frozen briefly in place..wonderful to see and photograph :)

About suzi46

Going from the Mt Washington Valley region of Maine/NH, all the way down to the "Horse Capital of the World, Marion County" in Central Florida in April 2014, was quite a change to say the least! Photo ops, in a totally new and intriguing area of this very large and varied state, are slowly presenting themselves to me as I adjust to this brand new environment and much warmer weather!! I look forward to this new photographic chapter of my life!
