Caption: Alot of these farmhouses and barns are too close to the roads for my liking! I guess some were established when it was horse travel on dirt roads ???

Very beautiful shot, and yes I think that curve on the highway is too close to the house for comfort. We see that a lot here, and I know it was because of the old Horse & Buggy days, got established that way, and people did not foresee the future then.

I once visited a friend of the family in Minnesota along with my uncle. We were discussing something when a car drove, and the man wondered what was going on, as this was already the third car of the day. It might be the same in some parts of Pennsylvania.

Seems the road encroached on the farm's turf! Happens a lot here - sometimes the barns are left on one side, and the farmhouse on the other! Nice shot, though!
