Conwy, United Kingdom

Caption: Been cold cold cold in the UK and was lots of snow previous week that's still here. I was supposed to be unpacking after house move last week, but couldn't resist nipping out for a last batch of wintry photos, as don't always even get the chance for many here in N Wales, as some winters are just rainy. This is Lake Ogwen, was thick with snow and the lake frozen over, plants covered in ice from being sprayed with the lake water before it froze, as has been very windy too. This is about 1000ft

Thanks much! :)
Hotzenwaelder has def been more than normal this year, and in places where it doesn't usually fall the last few years. Where this image is will usually get some snow each year, but not like this, and this is the 4th or 5th time it's been like this this year. Nice if you don't 'have' to be in it or travel!
Am totally ready for spring canuckjune! I don't mind cold and/or winter, but when it's so cold for quite a while...can't imagine like Minnesota or something LOL
Aw thanls Cowgazer, not sure is terribly warm, but it's larger than the last place, so more comfortable anyway!

I know you have had lots of snow there as we have across the pond, and I am sure you are more than ready for spring as we are. Pretty photo though and I hope we both get spring soon.

I have never seen such snow in the UK. It appears that you are getting wish about the snow; now I am waiting for the prudy pitchers without the snow.
