Wonderfully done. I tried to get out there, on my crutches..Shhh don't tell the doctor! But it was hidden out of view :( My teenage kids were up at 5:30 to view it... came back "kinda impressed"... think the twilight timing took away form the full potential.

Very nice.... I like to think my loved ones who have gone before me are up there somewhere, especially during a full moon, looking over me.

Wow! This is what I was hoping to see, but the haze + too much daylight, before it reached this stage. Thank you for sharing.

Great photo. I think I like it better than one at totality, it has more depth and contrast.

Very nice! I saw this last year, Dec. 21, but it was too close to the horizon this year. "10" for this very difficult shot. -kevin :)

About kippic

kippic

I started taking pictures at a very early age; can't even remember when I got my first small camera. I enjoyed having a dark room during the age of film. Now I use the "light room" (computer) and enjoy taking pictures even more.Living in the Pacific Northwest provides a great opportunity for subjects for photos.
