Markiemark - a knee-jerk habit of calling everything a chemtrail is not going to do your credibility much good. Aside from the airplane and its contrail, this phenomenon was described (and painted) hundreds of years before flight was invented. (And there are no sun dogs, supposed or otherwise, in this shot.)

Thanks Di

Very cool shot. I saw this yesterday too. According to the local paper many people saw it and wondered what it was!

Living on Cape Cod in this beautiful spot, trying to notice what the days have to offer, playing along with life as it unfolds, celebrating the wonder of it all. Learning from and being inspired by all the marvelous images and myriad visions expressed; having great fun with comments, titles and captions. And although my vision has blurred, my 'vision' - what I notice that I try to convey - is clearer. This enthusiastic, supportive community is quite exceptional.
