Thanks Linda! There is a crane on this site that is 325 feet tall and has a 60 foot jib. It is very rare for this crane to be used inland. There was a special made barge for the crane boom to swivel on. There is also a 552,000 pound counter-weight on this monster! It is being constructed by Massman construction and there headquarters are here in Kansas City. They build bridges and do other huge projects all over the world! Action: \| Ignore User

Nice! Reminds me of like 10 or so years ago a friend was driving under a bridge under construction... on a very windy day. She watched the bridge suddenly blow down in her rear view mirror! No one was hurt but what a surprise! Action: \| Ignore User

Hello everyone! With the new format here on Wunderground, I will be replying to ALL personal mail and do my best to respond on the comments! :-) This photo is of me with my Beautiful daughter(missbrittany)! My Dad(cptkirk) got me hooked on this GREAT site a few years ago! My favorite thing to shoot by far is storms and lightning. I can't sleep if there is a storm within a 2 hour radius. I have been known to show-up at work after an all night chase with little or no sleep! I appreciate all your mail, comments and tips. I have learned so much from a lot of you!
