Reflective nano-particles of metals such as aluminum and barium were sprayed around the "superstorm" for weather modification purposes... this causes the sun dog looking effect and the multiple arcs of rainbows. Weather modification with serious consequences is happening right now... Do a search for "Owning The Weather By 2025: Weather As A Force Multiplier authored by the US Air Force and see how we likely have these abilities... and I can attest that it is being heavily used right now, including this powerful storm... Thank you for sharing these amazing pictures.

Amazing capture of the sun dogs and rainbows. Looks like it should be in a meteorology text book.
