Camarillo, CA (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The sky behind us was almost clear when a sudden, gray mass appeared to the west of us, offering showers in the distance. There was a beautiful rainbow, but alas, I was not in a position to capture it (see Lindylu60's "Spectacular" rainbow...great shot!

About gon2k9z

gon2k9z

Currently living in Somis, CA near Camarillo. I had been visiting this site for some time to check the weather, but didn't discover this incredible world of photography on the site until late 2010. I was bitten by the digital bug, and can't get enough of it! After using my iPhone &/or my husband's Rebel, I finally got my very own digital camera (Canon SX40) I'm thankful to everyone for their encouraging words on my photos, and welcome any criticism for this 'newbie'...you have created a monster! I enjoy traveling the world through the photos posted here...and I don't even have to pack a bag. Thank you all. Christina
