After living most of my life in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and Virginia in the United States, I now live in Limerick, Ireland, where the scenery is quite different. I've been taking photos since I was a child. I've never had any professional training as regards taking photographs -- as my photos will prove!!. I just photograph what looks interesting to me. It's a hobby that I get great satisfaction from. I welcome any pointers and tips from other photographers.
