The sky really makes this scene work to its fullest. And the clouds are just right for it. Nice!

Definitely a 10!

This broader view of the cottontop gives it more perspective and more interest. The eye is drawn to follow the line from the cactus to the notch in the hills, to the glimpse of a mountaintop beyond. Also, more balanced with the sky filling 1/3 of the whole.
