I walk my dogs past my friend's pasture where Easter, her rescue Burro, lives. Should I forget to bring goodies, Easter goes into a royal snit. I love the critters.
Good pictures.

It is good to see that the sun is back. One negative memory of my years in Eugene was the prolonged periods of inversion, and then there was the smoke from the grass-seed farmers burning off their fields to the north of Eugene. We sometimes had to turn on our headlights in the middle of the day, and the streetlights came on automatically.

Thanks folks. He is not our donkey. He belongs to our neighbors. I let them put their animals on our pasture in the winter. We enjoy having them out there.

About backwardguy

backwardguy

My wife of 40 years and I live in Hermiston OR. on a 5 acre "farmette". I have been an elementary school teacher for the last 26 years. I enjoy the outdoors and animals and I'm an avid (not a good) golfer. My wife and I take our motorcycles on long trips and our destinations are almost always the beautiful National parks in Oregon, California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Utah, and last summer we added Arizona to the list. Photography has long been an interest of mine and many of my photos are taken on our little farmette, and on our motorcycle trips.
