My girlfriend is currently staying in West Palm beach at a hotel a block from the water, and she just sent me this picture of the ocean during a rainband from Isaac. You can barely see a wave breaking through the rain and the wind. She says the winds have been about 30 mph, with gusts to maybe 50 mph.
