I love the golden, orange, etc. moons!
Beautiful photo!

These colored moons seem to change and/or move faster than the regular white moon if you ask me. Everytime I see one, by the time I drive to a good location for a photo shot, they've changed or moved to a more difficult location, etc. etc.

I'm lucky if I'm already at a spot, and it appears. That's when I can try to get a shot at it!

Thanks, it is amazing to see it coming up so low in the sky, so large and such a deep golden color. A friend and I went chasing sunset and the moon was not up yet. We went to dinner and as we left the restaurant, there was the moon. We found a good spot to get photos as we both had our cameras - so an exciting evening.
