Shenandoah, IA (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: After spending the afternoon playing with the birds and waiting for the deer to appear out of the creek, at the very time they emerge, looked over in the field and saw they had just started to combine the beans. So much for "taking advantage" of the last warm day. I found out in years past that hunting from a bus gets difficult when the temps. drop. The windows steam up.

Love this! Way back when I was in Fine Art Photography school, my professor, who NEVER shot in color, always made fun of color photographers for putting red in every image they made. He said that red must be THE color to 'make' an image.

About Nikongranny

Nikongranny

Old, retired with lots of time on my hands and a Nikon. Lucky for me, there is a park just north of town that provides me with migrating birds and sunsets. Since joining this site, I have a new appreciation for this scenic world we live in. I especially love the comments from so many great people on here.
