I have been to Glacier National park and admired their many waterfalls. But I live here in eastern Nebraska, in the land of the Platte River, which in Indian means “flat water”. So I must make do with tiny, manmade waterfalls like this one. Even so, I liked the way the photo turned out I hope you do too.

I really enjoy this site. The wonderful photos I see here never cease to amaze, and inspire me. I look forward to reading the comments on my photos. I am inordinately pleased when I am awarded an Approvers Choice. I use Nikon equipment and am especially fond of macro photography. I continue to be astounded by the beauty in the miniature world visible though my lens. Additionally, I rarely have to venture very far to find interesting subjects.The Henry Doorly zoo is my favorite location. If you get to Omaha Nebraska.
