Yes, only one problem; where the snow has not been shoveled or plowed one cannot walk in the snow accumulated. Would have to be about seven feet tall at least.

My first snowman looked like that. I couldn't find lumps of coal for the eyes or a corn cob pipe for the mouth, and I never could get the sticks in the right position for the arms.
