Yep, that's a tornado. The ones I've seen are mostly of this appearance. Often, they can be identified by the multiple lightning strikes they create.

I think we in the Midwest are in for the wettest summer since 1975. Our area of Lower Michigan is way past normal for snowfall and looks like we're way past normal for rainfall so far.
