Bellevue

Caption: Taken 6/20/11 at Haworth Park, which is right along the Missouri River. Note the gazebo on the left 1/3 of the shot that I've made reference to in prior shots (5/28/11 when flooding first started and later shot on 6/13/11). The gazebo now has water in it almost up to it's roof. Of note, when I drove by again this morning on 6/21/11, the water had raised again after last night's rain. I'm never getting back into that gazebo at this rate.

I'm a couple hours SW of you, and appreciate being able to see your photos. Every time it rains, we wonder HOW people near the Missouri will get through the summer! You and your Canon make a good team.

Wowser! That is so unbelievable without the photos. I am sure glad you are posting these photos. You are doing a fantastic job. And I have been posting the opposite, our disatrous forest fires. Plum dry, and wishing for some of your water. Great series. It saddens me terribly and my thoughts & prayers are with all you people affected. Thank you.

It will be a long time I fear with all the water we have up here. The flow past Bismarck had a piano and a hot tub spotted floating down stream, and Minot (Souris River) is evacuating over 10000 residents as flow is expected to be ten feet higher than originally planned. wish we could send all this to Texas and Arizona.
