Both are impressive. The B\W gives it the 30's dust bowl look.

I'll take a Minnesota Blizzard any time. I didn't like the sand storms I saw in Libya or Morocco.
Great capture,
I hope you put your camera in an air tight bag before it hit.

WOW!! It's hard to imagine the horrendous natural forces pounding on you! In the video it was as though a monster was engulfing the city, the stuff of nightmares!

Congratulations on CNN picking up your video!!!! All of us on wunderground feel a certain pride in you! :) Like you are "ours by association!"

Wow how scary was that... I cannot imagine what those vehicles on the road went through when it hit---very ominous looking to one who has only seen a few small dust storms. I love B/W but the color looks much better in this... and very scary. Worse looking than the Tornado's we get here in Kansas

The only thing i can even begin to compare it to was the wind blown volcanic ash storm I went thru in a tour bus while in Iceland last year. That would've been on a smaller scale than the Haboob.

Great shot. I'm with you though B&W gives it some sort of classic menace.
