Once the fog moved in a lot more moisture was in the air and the falling snow changed to sleet and drizzle. The woods took on a mysterious look which I tried to capture. Any color pretty much disappeard.

All white, grey and blackish green, except for
that bright reddish orange on the low shrub on
the right! Even the hiker is no bright spot on
this hike! It is a beautiful scene, Heidrun! I
can see why you love it!
