Yes, Bill- the snow was pretty deep and not too many people had used it before. But we were equipped with good Goretex hiking boots- and our feet were kept dry and warm!

Gil, I don`t think you would be happy there without electricity, water or heat.
This cabin is mainly used during the summer months, when people are out there to groom their veggie plots , tend their flowers and maybe have a barbecue party.
