Heidrun: Thanks for the response to my query above. I sure would be in a kayak if Sparks Lake was within 200 miles, but I am on the other side of the continent, near Boston, Massachusetts. (Well, actually 2 hrs. north of Boston in southern New Hampshire.) Ed and I sure enjoyed this scenery when we lived there in the 90's. I presume all the mosquitos were gone when you were there; they can be ferocious. Have a nice weekend, B.
