Like a lot of others on here, I'm definitely an amature in photography. My spare time is taken with my family and pets. Weekdays I'm teaching math in a little town and loving (nearly) every minute of it! Create your own visitor map!

Caption: Apparently in 1954 Texas received Congressional Authority for the construction of Granger Lake. The purpose was for flood control. I read that construction didn't begin until 1972, with the project being placed in operation on 1980. There are several inlets with visible trunks of once growing trees. I liked this picture for the reflection of the trees. It's almost like there's a secret message being spelled.
