It is a little blurry, I would bet he is a she. The slight color spot on chin is typical of the shes. From the pic, the coloration seems brown on the front. If the brown was also on the back, it would be either Allen's or Rufus. The problem is that the females are much less distinctive (bold-bright) in their colors than the males. I don't think I am much help :)
