Thanks Mindi! One of my favorite sea shore trips was Acadia- I loved exploring the tide pools! I hope that was part of your Maine experience!

Driftwood frame, what a cool idea-
and yes, some kind of seaweed-its color
sure stood out against the drab colors of the beach and water and sky!

They were dead. I am not sure if the colder temps are affecting bay life? I saw my first ocotopus washed up in to shallow bay water this week. He was still alive, but not for long, I'm guessing.
