Thanks for the comment. As for the dialogue it's from the David Bowie song titled Space
Oddity it was Taken from the count down to Launch. Major Tom is still floating out in space...See you on the Dark Side of the Moon.

This does look like a scene from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Don't particularly like your dialogue, but the photo is interesting and a good capture of "out of this world" weather.
