Mud, horses, winter and pasture don't go together well so they have to spend a lot of time in the corral. Except for on those special days when someone opens the gate!

Looks like your horses took full advantage of the open gates. Reminds me of when I taught phys ed in a Catholic school while I was in college. The children just charged onto the court when the nuns in charge brought them down to the gym. A release is pleasure, as your horses demonstrate!
