Here in the Ozarks we've had popup thunderstorms for several days. We got nothing but friends two miles away got two inches of rain on Saturday. Yesterday we got an inch and a quarter and they got a dusting. The fields just stood up and cheered.

Clouds were entertaining. The last ones that came over dumped a little moisture, not enough to lay down the dust on gravel. 10 from East of you.

I kn ewyou were dry earlier but I thought you had had moisture now, but I see this is not the case.
we have had rain and some parts of the state have had high winds and up to golf ball size hail so if it isn't one thing it is another.

Nice capture. Hope you get some rain. We got some sprinkles and thunder, but at least we didn't get the 70mph winds. -kevin :)

I love this shot. Wasn't that light just crazy?

I haven't even gotten to my sunset ones yet! Did you get some mean hail over your way Larry?

About ruralartist

ruralartist

There's just something about the weather that fascinates me, perhaps its living on the great plains. Our daily lives are influenced by it and living on a land with no mountains, big ravines, waterfalls, trees and such tends to make the sky the star of the show here. Hope you enjoy perusing my images. -Kim
