Alpine, TX (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The growing rage of the Rock House Fire on it's first day. A river of wind carries the fires faster than any people or livestock can run. In Jeff Davis County the width of the fire extended from the Davis Mountains into the Paisano Mountains outside of Alpine.
