Mahomet, IL (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The runner did not realize he was on a fox hunt until these two young fellows crossed Crowley Road ahead of him in the distance and settled into the road side grass. Photography was difficult for the nearsighted hunter due the fact that the picture on the camera screen disappears because of the photographer's automatic darkening glasses. However the subjects provided a little cooperation until they disappeared into a culvert located more or less across the road from the old grainary.

What a lucky photographer this person was to catch these cute critters doing what they do naturally on film. M - marked it as a fav.

Many of my pictures are taken on my morning run. In the years before digital cameras, I saw lots of transient natural phenomena worthy of being photographed, but camera equipment was too big and bulky to carry while running. Now there are small versatile digital cameras available that can do most everything that used to take a case of equipment.
