Thanks everyone - wish it were a bit more in focus but with the ferry's movement, it was the best I could do.

Rod, the weather up there is really pitiful, especially to a FL girl. We were dressed for it so weren't really affected by the cold but the gloom, oh my!

I am always surprised to see the ferris wheel in the area it is, and I can see the needle in the background but tell me is there anything but the ferris wheel and do they have a park there now. I lived there years ago and had relatives we visited later but never saw anything like that.

I photo'd this from the ferry so I can't really answer about the ferris wheel. I did see it moving and it was pretty cold out so I thought it odd that anyone would be on it. When we got off the ferry, we just went and had dinner right there along the water & headed to hotel.
