Don't you just LOVE when this happens? We have lots of birds flying around when I'm out shooting, but to get them to co-operate is another thing. Just when I have them figured out, what field they will be flying out to and where to place myself, they choose another direction. It takes a lot of time and patience, so when one flys exactly in the right place, great capture!! 10 from SW Iowa and Congratts on th AC

Thanks Luci. I got lucky. My sky is filled with power lines, utility poles and trees. I zoomed between the obstacles and the bird just happened in.

Beautiful shot with the lovely pink against the white and blue, and to capture the bird with excellent detail is definitely a wonderful bonus!
