I use a pellet gun to persuade them not to come around - I say persuade because I only scare them - lousy shot!

My father-in-law had this same problem. Finally got a bird feeder called a "Yankee Flipper". It did the job! When the squirrel climb on board, it would swing and flip him off! Very entertaining:) My father-in-law felt sorry for the squirrels and unplugged the flipper. Even though they can be a pest, he still gets hours of fun watching them play in the area. Your pic is super!
