Wonderful photo that makes the faces very interesting. Best I've seen. I've been there several times and the changing light makes all the difference.

Very nice! Your timing was great. The only time I was there, it was foggy.

I count this as a gift from you to me. Magnificent! My own Oma and Opa who brought their family to America in 1923 would love this. I love this! My Great Grandson will love this! Thank you!

Very effective use of the lighting... makes a rather grey stoney collage look warm and inviting... despite what you describe as the chilly weather...

Great stuff!

Thanks all! The temp. was 40 degrees and the wind was blowing like crazy! I stood it for about 8 minutes, snapping many photos and trying many different settings then ran into the gift store!!!!! Brrrrr!!

Normally I would think of a tourist spot like this as boring ... You make it look good, in fact, super cool! Great shot. :-)

We live on a 10 acre farm in South Carolina with our animals -dogs,cats and 3 mini donkeys. Time for an update: I have now been on here for over two years, upgraded my camera twice and now use a NikonD90. I have seen this site and the photographers go through many changes and improvements, it is a wonderful place to share and view beautiful photos. Also, the contributors are some of the nicest folks around!! I continue to learn from all of you, thank you! a>Create your own visitor map
