It most resembles the Honey Armillaria in my book, which is described as an edible species. However, I've always advised everyone never to eat any wild mushroom unless you can make a positive identification. Meanwhile, they are very scenic!

Beautiful ... I once tried to count how many mushrooms I had photographed and was surprised at how many different variations there actually are. And they ARE so photogenic!
