I never thought of a flashlight! I did this with sparklers this fourth and they came out pretty awesome! Great work!

Thanks Peter. I tried it the other night but was writing backwards on that one. On this one I was writing the normal way but had the flashlight turned around to shine toward the camera!! :)

I also took a step toward the camera each time I wrote a word to see what that would do.

I needed 30 seconds to do this so I had to put the iso down low (to block the light). I still had to move the aperture way up to 22 to further block out the light.
