Process, & cook with sugar to make a marmalade for canning. Great on toast or as a glaze for a ham!

Like ColoradoKat, I've never tasted them either. Are they bitter like Seville oranges? Can one eat them raw? They look really beautiful on that tree. Cherry.

Oh yes they are a bit sour but I do have one occasionally. I eat it whole without peeling because the rind is actually sweeter than the inside.....A real burst of vitamin C!!
I don't bother to eat them raw much because I have 3 satsuma trees ( one is REALLY sweet) and a very sweet navel orange tree. I also have a grapefruit tree and a meyer lemon tree. Those lemon blossoms smell the BEST!!!
