I have never seen anyone near the swan, the closest I have been to it has been about 200yards.

Thank you all for your comments. They are very much appreciated. The swan in the photo has been around this lake for more than a year when I was looking at other shots I noticed that the swan is entangled in fishing wire with an attached bobber. It's still able to swim but I have never seen it fly. http://lkelly.smugmug.com/
