Awww, that is a cutie of the Ochotonidae, a family within the order of lagomorphs, which also includes the Leporidae (rabbits and hares). Long ago I drew a graphite rendering of one of these! most amazing photograph of your series!

About kippic

I started taking pictures at a very early age; can't even remember when I got my first small camera. I enjoyed having a dark room during the age of film. Now I use the "light room" (computer) and enjoy taking pictures even more.Living in the Pacific Northwest provides a great opportunity for subjects for photos.
