Caption: Obviously there is water underneath that hadn't frozen, and it it pushed it's way to the surface. Not uncommon in our area.

It's hard to imagine that water is percolating up and out of the mountainside, after temps down to -60, but there it is. Oozing and glaciering out of the permaftost.
