and can get away with it! great shot! wish the moose were more common in WY like they used to be! Only saw one cow and calf now that all the ancient Englemann spruces have succumbed to disease and died; it'll be a hundred years before they regenerate and the moose population once again has winter shelter and winter food under their thick canopies....

I retired as a police officer/crash rescue firefighter in April of 1990. I have enjoyed photography since the mid 70's and crossed over to the digital world in 1996. Along with being the volunteer photographer for the Alaska Zoo the main focus of my photography is to show Alaska as it passes in front of my lens on a day to day basis.
