Gainesville, FL (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: You'd think the pace of a snail would be slow enough to get a decent image. But alas, not! I tried using my 60mm macro close up. But I have to use manual focus with the D5000, auto won't work. The critter was just too fast for my manual focusing ability. f9 apparently is not enough DOF for this little one. Or maybe I was just too close. Interesting creature.
