Gainesville, FL (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: On Aug. 17, 1864, 342 Union soldiers marched into Gainesville and set up camp, said Keith Kohl, an Ocala historian and one of the battle's choreographers. The Confederates, with only 175 troops (including a Home Guard militia made up of retirees, the wounded and boys), launched a surprise attack and overwhelmed the Union occupiers, driving them out of town. As suggested above, I converted this to B&W then cropped out the bike and WOW.... right back to that day in 1864. Great photo and well deserved AC. Congrats.

That's as good as it gets ,all the green and the Spanish moss hanging low. Say I saw the orange and blue and for minute I thought could
it be Boise State.. Nope no such luck.. Great
photograph and the gentleman on the horse fits
right in...
