Are you sure that's not just a Copperhead that happened to be in the water?

Uh, huh, so how come we can't catch any that size?

Great shots, James!

Wow, that is amazing.
That fish looks so big compared to the snake.

Now THERE'S something you don't see every day! Did you take a whole series of shots? Would be interested to know if the snake was able to swallow the whole thing.

About gardner48197

7/2014: Greetings from Michigan, where we get quite a wide variety of weather changes throughout the four seasons! Originally I found this site, for the weather, and the photos kept drawing my interest! Decided to get my first digital camera in 2010, and have since upgraded to a Nikon P530. Truly an amazing, eye-opening hobby! This is a great community, so many excellent photographers and friends, so little time! I do read and appreciate every comment and email that I receive! I would like to thank everyone who contributes, for all of the great inspiration and feedback! Sometime down the road I would still like to get a DSLR camera, but for now I just I hope to send a small view of life from the Great Lakes State. Home of the University of Michigan Wolverines! Go Blue! -James
