Great shot! Yes, something about that photo
does not look right - snow on spring blossoms
is just wrong. No snow here but is VERY cold
for Virginia spring.

Eep!!

Yeah, I just saw my first robin, and it was c-c-c-cold, too. They're probably thinking, "Whynahell did I come back here *this* early?!?", and that they should've waited a month or so.

About gardner48197

gardner48197

8/2015: Greetings from Michigan, where we get quite a wide variety of weather changes throughout the four seasons! Originally I found this site, for the weather, and the photos kept drawing my interest! Decided to get my first digital camera in 2010, and have since upgraded to a Nikon P530. Truly an amazing, eye-opening hobby! This is a great community, so many excellent photographers and friends, so little time! I do read and appreciate every comment and email that I receive! I would like to thank everyone who contributes, for all of the great inspiration and feedback! Sometime down the road I would still like to get a DSLR camera, but for now I just hope to send a small view of life from the Great Lakes State. Home of the University of Michigan Wolverines! Go Blue! -James
