Thank you both, so much, for all of the kind words!!! This is just a little path, but I'm glad you got the country road feel to it, Jane =)

I have an obsession with photos of snowy wooded roads. They are so peaceful. Maybe because I've lived in FL for the past 30 yrs and really miss being on a snowy wooded road. I've gone down many in PA. There is nothing like quiet falling snow with no one around. Great photo, thanks for the memories.

Mmm, does make it tempting to pull on those boots to take a walk on the ""wild" side! Lovely!

About gardner48197

gardner48197

7/2014: Greetings from Michigan, where we get quite a wide variety of weather changes throughout the four seasons! Originally I found this site, for the weather, and the photos kept drawing my interest! Decided to get my first digital camera in 2010, and have since upgraded to a Nikon P530. Truly an amazing, eye-opening hobby! This is a great community, so many excellent photographers and friends, so little time! I do read and appreciate every comment and email that I receive! I would like to thank everyone who contributes, for all of the great inspiration and feedback! Sometime down the road I would still like to get a DSLR camera, but for now I just I hope to send a small view of life from the Great Lakes State. Home of the University of Michigan Wolverines! Go Blue! -James
