Thank you all, so very much!!! I am pretty new to the whole photography/Birdwatching thing, I didn't even realize we had Bluebirds around my area until last year... But everyone tells me it is rare to be finding them in Winter, here in Michigan!!

How sweet!
Is this an unusual year, having BBs in the winter time there?
They're scarce here, for sure.

Brrr! He does look cold - like he is all fluffed up to keep warm. His fluffiness makes him even ore beautiful.

About gardner48197

gardner48197

8/2015: Greetings from Michigan, where we get quite a wide variety of weather changes throughout the four seasons! Originally I found this site, for the weather, and the photos kept drawing my interest! Decided to get my first digital camera in 2010, and have since upgraded to a Nikon P530. Truly an amazing, eye-opening hobby! This is a great community, so many excellent photographers and friends, so little time! I do read and appreciate every comment and email that I receive! I would like to thank everyone who contributes, for all of the great inspiration and feedback! Sometime down the road I would still like to get a DSLR camera, but for now I just hope to send a small view of life from the Great Lakes State. Home of the University of Michigan Wolverines! Go Blue! -James
