Caption: NZ's highest mountain at 12,316ft, seen through a rather dirty A320 window and a fuzzy sky, on my way back from a day taking photos in Queenstown. Left Auckland at 7:00a.m. and flew 1,100 km to Queenstown and left there at 7:00p.m. to return home.

Thanks Eve. I timed my flight in the hope that the mountain would be clear of cloud and that there would be good sunlight just on sunset. I was REALLY lucky with my flights both ways. In the morning I had the sun rising on the mountains.
