Oh my goodness, Tim! Starkly beautiful image! It certainly is dry isn't it. But your clouds are wonderful and hopeful. We received our first April showers yesterday and today. Nothing measurable, but very promising, with more chances coming up. 10!

CONGRATS on this fine AC and truly a VIP!!

You should reduce the size of Texas, that way you wouldn't get so much bad weather. I watched it pour down all day yesterday during the PGA golf tournament.

About docshovel39

docshovel39

Hello , my name is Tim . I live in the small farming community of Ropesville , Texas with my wife and photo partner Sherry . My older brother Steve turned me on to digital photography eight or so years ago and I have truly enjoyed it - thanks Steve ! My favorite work , apart from his , is a fantastic book entitled "Ghosts In The Wilderness" by photographers Tony and Eva Worobiec . It captures the remains of small , abandoned rural communities across the Midwest , many of the photos done in monochrome . I am also a fan of photographer Jim McGuire . His black and white shots ( nashvilleportraits.com) are amazing . Thanks to the Wunderground community for having me and making the experience so much more enjoyable !
